Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons dashinomoto
- ½ cup miso
- ½ cup cubed tofu
- 2 scallions chopped for garnish
Method
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and stir in dashinomoto and miso.
- Add tofu and bring mixture to a boil again.
- Remove from heat, pour into 4 small bowls and garnish with chopped scallions.
